Hey, I’m Allie Ray — a content creator, marketing strategist, and all-around creative who’s passionate about turning ideas into visuals that connect.

I actually started working in social media just for fun during my freshman year of college. I loved capturing moments and sharing stories online, and before I knew it, I was completely hooked on content creation.

After that, I landed an internship at Walt Disney World, which completely changed everything for me. Working at Disney taught me the power of storytelling — how every detail, color, and emotion plays a role in connecting with people. That experience made me realize that creating content people love is exactly what I’m meant to do.

When I came home, I launched my own line dance brand, Dancing with Allie Ray, where I built a following through viral videos, events, and collaborations — even performing and teaching at major concerts and venues. That season helped me build a brand from the ground up and learn what it takes to engage an audience and grow a community.

Fast forward to now — I’ve combined all of that experience into full-time marketing, UGC, and social media work. I’ve created and managed campaigns for NKU Athletics, capturing content for women’s sports and gameday events, and I recently worked alongside Kyle Busch and his team for a NASCAR charity event at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

I’ve also collaborated on UGC campaigns through Home From College, where I’ve secured multiple large brand partnerships and ongoing content deals. Every project I take on — whether it’s for a brand, event, or social campaign — I focus on delivering creative, high-quality content that feels authentic, engaging, and fun.

A FEW THINGS ABOUT ME

I’m based in the Cincinnati/NKU area, and if there’s one thing to know about me, it’s that I love sports. I spend a lot of time creating content around athletics — whether that’s on the field, behind the camera, or in the stands cheering on local teams.

When I’m not working on campaigns or editing content, you can usually find me line dancing, running to my favorite coffee shop, or planning my next big creative project. I thrive on connection — whether it’s through social media, live events, or genuine in-person moments that spark creativity.

I’m a firm believer that good marketing isn’t about chasing trends — it’s about understanding people.

I love building brands that feel real, relatable, and human. I want my work to make someone pause, smile, and feel something. Whether that’s a brand video, a UGC campaign, or a behind-the-scenes look at a live event, my goal is always to tell a story that sticks.

Creativity, strategy, and authenticity are the core of everything I do. I believe in showing up with consistency, passion, and purpose — because great content doesn’t just sell a product, it builds a connection that lasts.
